This group focuses on training evidence based self defense and physical aptitude as well as a philosophical approach to life and wellbeing.
We meet twice monthly for a four hour intensive and keep the group small for greater individual attention with a cap of eight students.
This class is for adults and although no experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome, prospective students must complete an application process for consideration. Applicants must fill out a questionnaire and arrange a private session with the instructor.
About the instructor: Nhan is a professional martial artist with over 35 years of practice and 25 years of teaching experience. He specializes in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and has a background in Western Boxing, Soo Bak Do, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling, and WWII combatives. Nhan also has over 20 years experience in strength and conditioning and natural movement as well as an extensive background in the medical industry focusing on anti-aging and sports medicine.
