Medicinal Wine & Fermented Elixir Crafting and Tasting

Fermentation has long been a critical facet of food and medicine making in virtually all ancient cultures. The human relationship with beneficial micro-organisms extends well beyond our own internal microbiome and can add a powerful set of tools and skills for restoring balance and harmony on all levels of health.
In this workshop, you will:
- Explore medicinal uses wines, beers, and ciders within the scope of traditional remedies
- Formulate and prepare your own fermented elixer using organic and wildcrafted ingredients.
- Learn about traditional fermentation technologies easily performed at home
- Incorporate native plant medicines and traditional healing lore for powerful remedies
- Expand the healing potential of plant medicines with powerful shamanic practices

Cancellation and Refund Policies
A great deal of staff time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of individual classes. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this. Full refunds, minus $15 administrative fee for single day classes and a $30 admin fee for multi-day classes, are given to registrants who cancel with at least 7 days notice of the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event forfeit a refund.
