Winter Solstice Regenerative Living Gathering & FREE Celebration Potluck
The Winter Solstice has ubiquitously been acknowledged, by ancient people across the globe, as one of the most significant days of the year. Megalithic structures built thousands of years ago, such as Stonehenge, align with this astrological phenomenon that requires precise measurements difficult to calibrate with even modern technology.
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night. In many native traditions, it was celebrated as the returning of the Sun as every day following the solstice, the days would lengthen. Given the inherent dangers and potential threat to survival during the Winter months the solstice heralded a critical shift in life perspective. Historically, ancient people would often gather to celebrate the solstices with ceremony, stories, dance, song and food.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
A great deal of staff time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of individual classes. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this. Full refunds, minus $15 administrative fee for single day classes and a $30 admin fee for multi-day classes, are given to registrants who cancel with at least 7 days notice of the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event forfeit a refund.
